Uncovered game alerts

Warns the team in the notification bell (and on phones) when a game still has no game master as it gets close. Each game alerts once per stage; if someone claims it and later drops it, the alerts start again.

Admin inactivity timeout (minutes)

Full admins are signed out after this many minutes idle (minimum 5).

Admins and App Config editors are signed out after this long with no activity (default 120 = 2 hours).

Staff inactivity timeout (minutes)

Staff and other roles (default 720 = 12 hours). Game masters can stay signed in on multiple devices at once.

Escape room run history (days)

When you end a game, a run record (puzzle times and outcome) is kept for analytics. Records older than this are removed (default 180 days).

Trial walkthrough auto-end (hours)

Trial walkthroughs are not saved to Past runs. They are removed from memory at the end of the venue day (UK time) or after this many hours from start, whichever comes first (default 1 hour).

Live room game auto-end (hours)

Active non-trial sessions are auto-closed if left running this many hours from start (default 24). Use a higher value if games can legitimately run longer unattended.

Default room reset checklist

Booking close-out (Floor tab) is gated on completing the room's reset checklist. By default this is matched automatically by name — name the reset checklist the same as the room. This default is only used as a fallback when no name match is found.

Booking close-out window (days after end)

Open bookings stay on Run a session until staff close them out, for up to 24 hours after the booking end time. After that, checked-in Pulse bookings are auto-marked abandoned and drop off the list. Claim-only bookings are not auto-closed.

Rejected pay request history (days)

Only rejected pay requests are removed from the store after this many days (default 90). Use 0 to keep those forever. Approved and pending requests are never removed by age (payroll and schedules).

OffTheCouch integration

Pulls bookings into the schedule using the venue timezone. Each sync is one API call.

Enable OffTheCouch integration (required for Sync now and Railway cron runs)

How far ahead OffTheCouch bookings are pulled (default 120 days). Shrinking this does not delete future claimed games outside the window. Keep it large enough to cover how far staff claim ahead.

Staff prep buffer before booking (minutes)

Subtracts from the API booking start when creating the shift (e.g. 15 → 9:00 becomes 8:45).

Staff wrap-up buffer after booking (minutes)

Adds after the API booking end (e.g. 15 → 10:00 becomes 10:15).

Merges OffTheCouch bookings/claims from a Pulse store dump into the live schedule. Only restores games after today (Europe/London). Today and historical bookings are never changed. Keeps newer sync-only games. Does not replace the whole database. Sets sync range to 120 days.

Sync run history

Up to 50 recent runs (manual and Railway cron). Pass = HTTP OK and no import errors; Partial = HTTP OK but some rows skipped or warnings; Fail = network or HTTP error; Skipped = run did not execute (integration off, missing URL/key, etc.).

Booking alerts & phone notifications: live check

What happened in the last 48 hours: pings from the Google script, the syncs they ran, and the phone notifications sent. "→ 3 devices" means Apple/Google accepted it for 3 phones; it can't confirm the phone actually showed it.
